AnodIzer

Titanium Spectral-Coloring Anodizer, coatings of many different colors can be applied to titanium abutments and screws in the Laboratory itself. The device does not alter their biocompatibility and strength properties. Scientific studies have shown that even with coatings (different colors) the oxide layer increases the biocompatibility and osteointegration of titanium. In addition to lowering the gray value, the procedure can also be used for color coding, making it possible to distinguish between screw sizes.

GALVANOFORMING

Galvanoforming This is a new technology in prosthetic restoration based on the phenomenon of electrolysis, which takes advantage of the excellent physical and mechanical properties of gold. Thanks to this technique, it has become possible to use almost pure gold (99.99%) for such prosthetic restorations as: inlays, crowns, bridges, telescopic crowns, supraconstructions on implants, as well as covering the mucosal surfaces of acrylic prostheses with pure gold. The clinical treatment of prosthetic restorations based on galvanoforming does not deviate from the generally accepted principles; nevertheless, the complex laboratory process makes this method more expensive than traditional methods. However, the aesthetics, ideal marginal integration, biocompatibility, lack of casting shrinkage and favourable mechanical properties make this technique competitive not only with conventional porcelain-fused crowns, but also with all-ceramic systems.
